Job Summary
You will act as both the technical oversight/integration lead and the people leader for a growing team of innovative and creative discipline-focused engineers.
Be accountable for ensuring delivery of all assigned engineering and permitting activities and deliverables to achieve project objectives within specified timelines and budgets.
Work with the Director and other senior leads to develop an ethos of support, mentorship, authenticity, and psychological safety that enables the formation of a cohesive high-performing team.

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years engineering experience
