Job Summary
The role would primarily involve business development activities through networking, leveraging existing and generating new relationships with PE/VC funds, financial institutions, developers and corporates.
Effectively manage and execute the secured and to be secured valuation, including, but not limited to, assessing client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, site inspection, market assessment, report preparation, close on the numbers, report submissions and other deliverables, for all valuations assignments.
