Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or Health Sciences, Health Education, Behavioral Sciences, Public Administration, or Education
  • Three (3) years' experience in health program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Seven (7) year combination of education, training, and experience
  • Demonstrated experience supervising professional staff
  • Experience managing complex health or human services programs
  • Experience overseeing and managing complex budgets
  • Experience administering grants and contracts
  • Experience supporting older adults and adults with physical disabilities within Medicaid-funded Adult LTSS
  • Ability to use data and quality improvement methods
  • Proficiency using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
