Job Summary
Act as Prudential’s service professional to provide the best-in-class customer service via hotline, handling and resolving customer inquiries and requests on life and health insurance products.
Handle outbound calls in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, interact with policy owners, and identify and resolve customer dissatisfaction to minimize negative impact.
Proactively build long-term trust with customers by showing empathy and conversing in an understanding way to maintain customer loyalty and exceed expectations.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer/sales service
Insurance or financial industry experience
IIQE 1,3,5 required
Proficient in MS Office
