  • Act as Prudential’s service professional to provide the best-in-class customer service via hotline, handling and resolving customer inquiries and requests on life and health insurance products.
  • Handle outbound calls in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, interact with policy owners, and identify and resolve customer dissatisfaction to minimize negative impact.
  • Proactively build long-term trust with customers by showing empathy and conversing in an understanding way to maintain customer loyalty and exceed expectations.

Key Requirements
