This role delivers world-class onboarding experiences that accelerate customer time-to-value across Zoom's core products including Meetings, Webinars, Rooms & AI.
The team is responsible for conducting structured kickoff calls, coordinating implementation with IT teams, and guiding customers through their Day 1 to Day 100 journey.

Base: $76,800.00 - $186,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Included in Total Direct Compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive perks for work-life balance and community contribution
