  • Ensure manufacturing readiness, risk mitigation, and adherence to Product Development PDE gate execution models
  • Test Yield, Quality & Reliability Improvement Drive test yield performance management , including yield trend monitoring, Pareto analysis, systematic yield dip diagnosis, and gap closure
