Job Summary
The program offers paid training at Ivy Tech Community College where students earn an Industrial Workforce Certificate while working on large diesel and natural gas engines.
Candidates will start with light assembly work that progressively becomes more complex, leading to positions directly associated with prime product engine assembly, testing, painting, and shipping.
Upon successful completion of the program, candidates have the opportunity to interview for a Level 3 Technician opening with a potential raise to $22.65/hour.
