Proficiency in AutoCAD/CCM Plus
Excellent communication skills
Client-facing experience
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to navigate AVS
Time management skills
Ability to decipher construction drawings
Proficient in Access
Working knowledge of existing ATG standards
NFPA 80 Door Inspection Training
Working knowledge of Life Safety Plans
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of Revit
Ability to decipher MEP engineering files with assistance
Ability to decipher LS/SOC engineering files independently
Working knowledge of Fire Alarm System & Emergency Lighting Devices
Working knowledge of LSM Drawing Standards
