Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care through the establishment and maintenance of clinical standards of practice and performance.
  • The ideal candidate will support departmental operations through effective fiscal, resource, and human resource management while collaborating on the development and implementation of hospital-wide patient care programs, policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • This position also plays a key role in fostering strong communication and collaboration with providers, as well as supporting recruitment and retention strategies, staff education, and competency development.
