The ideal candidate will support departmental operations through effective fiscal, resource, and human resource management while collaborating on the development and implementation of hospital-wide patient care programs, policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives.
This position also plays a key role in fostering strong communication and collaboration with providers, as well as supporting recruitment and retention strategies, staff education, and competency development.
