Job Summary
The Supervisor, Facilities Operations supports the Medical Center's day-to-day operations with functional and financial management of associates assigned to building operations and maintenance.
This position is responsible for the supervision of all assigned personnel and for the operations and regulatory compliance of the assigned areas, designated systems, and equipment.
Areas and equipment are operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the supervisor may be subject to call back due to absence and vacation.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3 years progressive supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
Knowledge of HVAC/R and plumbing systems
Nice-to-have
Experience in healthcare facilities maintenance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems
