Base: $21 - $39 USD per hour; Bonus/Equity: $2,500 signing bonus after 90 days; Benefits: 2nd shift differential $4.00/hr, 3 weeks vacation, tuition reimbursement

Must-have

  • Experience with Perfect Binders up to 40 station collators
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex machine issues
  • Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement principles
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Proficiency in reading job specifications and safety rules

Nice-to-have

  • Experience leading and training others
  • Vocational or technical degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills for shift hand-offs
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends
  • Experience with hard-cover casing-in lines

Key Requirements
