Develop cell libraries, functional units, IP blocks, and subsystems for integration into full-chip designs.
Apply advanced RTL design and optimization techniques to meet demanding power, performance, and area (PPA) goals in close partnership with physical implementation teams.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field and 9+ years of experience
Master’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field and 6+ years of experience
Experience in micro-architecture definition & debug
5+ years of RTL coding and/or IP integration experience
Experience in design related tools such as LINT, CDC, PT-STA
