Job Summary
Assist with the development of the HSE operational readiness plan for Lilly Alzey as a collaborative and energetic member of the HSE team.
Lead implementation of assigned HSE programs including lockout/tagout, PPE, hazard communication, ergonomic hazards, confined space entry, machine guarding, working at heights, powered industrial vehicles, and health and safety risk assessments.
Build strong partnerships with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to manage change and ensure safe, compliant startup of new systems.
