Job Summary
You are responsible for the deployment of the Lean roadmap within your scope, acting as the main facilitator for the Lean culture and supporting teams in implementing the approach to improve site performance across all trades.
You will accompany and train teams on Lean tools and principles (5S, VSM, Hoshin Kanri, Kaizen, Short Interval Animation, Standard Work, etc.) and ensure strong internal ownership.
