The PLC Manager will lead and support a team to provide timely, effective and quality PLC strategic and operational support and implementation of solutions that enable positive people and business outcomes across their portfolio.
To thrive in this role, you will have significant HR experience both operationally and strategically, including strong experience in the management and resolution of employee relations in a highly industrial sector.
