Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • BS or MS in Metallurgy or Materials Engineering
  • 8 years prior relevant experience
  • Experience with large structural forgings
  • Knowledge of nickel and titanium metallurgy
  • Ability to work in fast-paced production environment

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of P&W design and quality systems
  • Experience with ESA approval process
  • Excellent interpersonal and teaming skills
  • Ability to rapidly react to business needs
  • Willingness to provide off-hours coverage

Key Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience
  • Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering
