  • Key responsibilities include pre-season planning, developing assortment and buy plans, OTB tracking, and in-season monitoring of product performance and shipment.
  • The role involves leading a team, coaching members, and ensuring daily performance, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for business opportunities and markdown strategies.
