Job Summary

  • Support all aspects of the campus recruiting program by providing administrative assistance for Undergraduate and Graduate processes, in addition to Summer and Full-time programs.
  • Execute full life cycle of recruitment process – post job descriptions on intranet and external sites, sort resumes, schedule interviews, send calendar invitations, coordinate travel arrangements and collect interviewer feedback.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
