Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current standards.
  • You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning resident discharge strategies.
  • This role requires ensuring sufficient staffing levels for nurses and certified nursing assistants to maintain quality care for all residents.
