Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current standards.
You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning resident discharge strategies.
This role requires ensuring sufficient staffing levels for nurses and certified nursing assistants to maintain quality care for all residents.
