The position serves as a leader of leaders, managing Portfolio Team leads and the ABL Operations Manager while providing senior level guidance on problem clients.
Candidates must possess extensive experience in liquidation, workouts, restructuring, and client retention within the Asset Based Lending field.

Base: $155,100.00 - $333,500.00 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for incentive compensation plan based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits programs included

20 years ABL Portfolio Management experience
Knowledge of Uniform Commercial Code
