Job Summary
The Associate Analyst will be responsible for aspects of corporate deal-making, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal execution, and relationship development.
This full-time position is expected to be primarily in person with 4 days a week working on-site in McLean, VA, and may require some travel.
The corporate development team plays a critical role to drive shareholder value by leading strategic initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and evaluating new markets.
