Job Summary
The Associate Director is responsible for supporting the deployment of BDE Fundamental tools through leading training events and facilitating kaizens across BD’s Business Units, Regions, and Corporate Functions.
This role requires becoming a Certified Practitioner in BD Excellence Fundamental tools and serving as a change champion for the BD Excellence mindset and tools.

$160,900.00 - $265,400.00 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Annual Bonus and Potential Discretionary LTI Bonus; Benefits: Health and Well-being Benefits, Retirement and Financial Well-being, Life Balance Programs

Key Requirements

5+ years experience in continuous improvement culture

Significant career experience in embedding Lean tools
Significant career experience leading CI/Lean talent development in Finance and HR
