Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Memory system architecture expertise
  • Performance modeling and simulation
  • SoC architecture experience
  • C/C++ programming skills
  • Debugging performance and functional issues
  • Strong communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Verilog or SV/UVM
  • Software development with Python or Perl
  • Exposure to Digital systems and VLSI design
  • Work in distributed product-oriented teams
  • Performance verification experience

Key Requirements

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in CS, CE, or EE or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in SoC or memory system architecture
  • Deep understanding of memory subsystems and protocols
