The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in residents' condition, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and maintaining cleanliness while ensuring safety and dignity.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of PCC documentation systems
Strict adherence to HIPAA confidentiality
Nice-to-have
Experience with restorative procedures
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently on shifts
Calm demeanor in high-stress situations
Willingness to assist with end-of-life care
