Job Summary

  • The role will support global functional initiatives, be a member of the Senior Leadership Team in Australia and have off-shore support for facets of the HR function.
  • As the HR Business Partner for Australia, you’ll lead the development of our HR policies, deliver tailored HR advice, and oversee and manage the entirety of employee lifecycle activities from recruitment to workforce planning and capability development, to budgeting and head counting, to redundancies and terminations.
  • This is the sole role for Human Resources in Australia and the successful candidate will have the ability to truly make a difference in the close-knit organisation.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Enterprise Agreement negotiation experience
