Job Summary

  • You will oversee the local learning activities for the city (FLAGSHIP & Bongénie Shoe Boutique) as well as our winter destination seasonal boutiques.
  • In collaboration with the Regional Learning Manager and Boutique Manager, you will contribute to people development by delivering training programs that nurture employee commitment and passion for the Brand.
  • You will contribute to brand performance by sharing the dream, heritage, and vitality of CHANEL through impactful learning experiences.
