  • 6+ years in ResearchOps, DesignOps, UX Research, or similar
  • Experience building and managing research operations systems

  • Experience standardizing research processes
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Experience managing research tools and vendors
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
