The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable standards and policies.
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs as directed.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident care information and coordinating maintenance activities with nursing services to ensure resident comfort and convenience.
