Extendicare is seeking a Regional Manager Operations for Southern Alberta, responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of programs and quality in Long Term Care homes. Job Summary

  • The Regional Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery and sustainability of Programs, Training & Development and Quality within the Long Term Care homes, as well as the implementation and sharing of policies/programs to ensure the highest standard is met.
  • Key responsibilities include training and education, coaching and mentoring leaders, promoting compliance, ensuring quality improvement, and representing the organization with external stakeholders.

  • Ability to facilitate learning for others
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in a second language is an asset
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office applications)
  • Ability to reason, think analytically and conceptually
  • Valid driver's license required
