Job Summary
Lead end-to-end operations for the Freestyle manufacturing value stream, overseeing daily production execution, warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution support.
Ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance across production lines and warehousing activities while driving adherence to KORE quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO safety protocols.
Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and hourly associates, foster an inclusive culture grounded in safety and continuous improvement, and manage departmental expenses and budget targets.
