The Senior Property Executive Cum FSM will liaise with building owners, FMC, and tenants, ensuring their needs are addressed and maintaining the highest standards in safety, code compliance, and functional facilities service delivery.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing fire safety procedures, managing project updates, ensuring contractor adherence to safety standards, and serving as the primary contact for tenant engagement.

Key Requirements
Diploma holder in Building or Facilities Discipline with 3 years relevant experience OR ITE/NTC with 5 years experience
Experiences and technical knowledge in facilities management and project management
Knowledge in statutory requirement
Computer skills in Microsoft Office, MS project, PowerPoint, Excel
