The Senior Director, Strategy & Operations / Chief of Staff serves as a critical thought partner and strategic operator for the SVP, Cell Therapy Commercial, and plays a central role in driving the performance and culture of the global Cell Therapy Commercial organization.
This role will be tasked to develop innovative solutions to simplify and track key events and deliverables across the commercial organization, proactively identify opportunities, and ensure those solutions are incorporated.
