Job Summary

  • The Risk & Control Officer plays a key role in strengthening internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations, safeguarding operational integrity within the department, and supporting the enhancement of risk awareness, audit readiness, and operational resilience.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting independent reviews of processes, coordinating risk and compliance deliverables, preparing reports, conducting site visits to vendors, leading risk awareness initiatives, liaising with Internal Audit and Compliance, and coordinating BCP/DRP exercises.
  • The role requires a Degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field, with 4-5 years of experience in operational risk, compliance, or internal control functions, preferably within financial services.
