Job Summary

  • Provide specialized skin care and wound treatment services to residents in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans and report resident status to physicians and nursing leadership.
  • Follow established infection prevention and safety protocols, and assist in monitoring supplies for wound care products and medical supplies.
