  • This position is responsible for coordinating post-tour activities, delivering premium gifts, and presenting the Encore program purchase options to guests who did not initially buy a tour package.
  • The role requires selling Encore packages to interested guests while maintaining minimum production standards and completing all necessary documentation for program tracking.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English and/or Chinese and be available to work nights, mornings, and various holidays including Lunar New Year and Christmas.
