Job Summary

  • The mission of the Global Communications team is to align, engage, and inspire associates across the globe through effective storytelling and multi-channel communication.
  • As a Global Communications Manager, you will partner directly with senior leaders in Capital’s Operating Group to develop and execute integrated communications campaigns, shape functional narratives and influence decision making as a strategic consultant and partner of choice to the business.

Base: $159,354-$254,966 (Southern California); $168,924-$270,278 (New York); Bonus/Equity: Individual annual performance bonus, Capital’s annual profitability bonus; Benefits: Company-funded retirement contribution (15% of eligible earnings), generous time-away, health benefits, charitable contribution matching, professional development resources
