  • Design and configure voice, video, data systems

  • OM&S of TCF encrypted/unencrypted equipment
  • Configure, install, test, and monitor TCF circuits
  • Perform Juniper and Cisco hardware/software services
  • Support multi-communication services and inventory
  • Provide technical support and remote diagnostics
  • Develop contingency and restoral plans
  • Provide circuit action support
  • Coordinate with distant end sites
  • Safeguard DISA-owned DISN equipment
  • Provide diagnostic and restoration services
  • Report on incidents impacting TCF operations
  • Provide circuit certification and accreditation support
  • Perform cable maintenance and installation
  • Implement physical and electrical connections
  • Maintain hardware/software for secure voice operations
  • Ensure TEMPEST requirements are met
  • Establish and maintain provisioning records
  • Maintain equipment manuals and SOPs
  • Safeguard and maintain cryptographic equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of space surveillance network
  • Familiarity with classified information handling

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations and maintenance
  • U.S. Citizen and TS/SCI or TS/SCI eligible
  • IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Sec+)
  • On-call support with 30-minute phone response and 1-hour on-site arrival
