  • The primary function is to build customer relationships in the Transfusion Medicine space, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Responsible for complete customer mapping, identifying stakeholders, span of business, and business potential, and achieving top-line and bottom-line objectives of accounts.
  • Responsible for planning for new product launches and sales promotion activities along with the marketing department and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
