Job Summary

  • The primary role as MDS Director is to assess resident care needs, direct and supervise staff, and coordinate with the Inter-Disciplinary Team to develop individualized care plans.

Must-have

  • MDS coordination in skilled nursing
  • Staff supervision and direction
  • Resident care needs assessment
  • Inter-Disciplinary Team coordination
  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

Key Requirements

  • Current unencumbered South Carolina nursing license
  • Current CPR certification
  • MDS experience within last 2 years
  • Maintain required continuing education/licensing
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred
