Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, developing policies, participating in quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation programs, and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare personnel.
