Employees must identify residents correctly before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Record vital signs and intake/output data

Key Requirements
