Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Biochemical Engineering or Biotechnology
  • Experience in vaccine or biopharmaceutical R&D
  • Knowledge of USDA regulatory guidelines
  • Process development for microbial, virus, and cell cultivations
  • Strong project management and documentation skills

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree or PhD preferred
  • Experience with bioprocess scale-up
  • Working knowledge of GMP requirements
  • Understanding of statistics for process monitoring
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
