Job Summary

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups and collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Process billing information, collect payments when required, prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis, and maintain patient and specimen information logs.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or 6 months’ experience
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Be at least 21 years’ old
