Job Summary

• As an Engagement Manager in our Higher Education practice, you will be the key player on a team that guides customers through the deployment lifecycle, solution delivery, and issue management by partnering with Workday Delivery leadership, consultants, and resource management.
• The Engagement Manager, through building key relationships with the client executive leadership and implementation team(s), will drive the implementation from planning through multiple moves to production.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $116,600 USD - $207,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

• 6+ years project managing Medium/Large Enterprise ERP
• 6+ years prior consulting experience
• 6+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Ellucian
• 4+ years working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS
• 8+ years project managing Medium/Large Enterprise ERP (P5)
• 8+ years prior consulting experience (P5)
• 8+ years implementing Workday (P5)
• 6+ years working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS (P5)
