Key Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 3 years in customer service
  • Working knowledge of SAP (SD and CRM)
  • Familiarity with customer platforms (JIRA, ARIBA)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Fluency in English
