Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Social Work
Registered Nurse license preferred
Two years clinical nursing experience
Knowledge of Medicare Medi-cal Medicaid programs
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent time management skills
Nice-to-have
Certified Case Manager (CCM) certificate
PCC Knowledge preferred
Ability to work independently with sound judgement
Positive relationship building with families
Experience in high-volume environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work

2 years clinical nursing experience
