Job Summary

  • Participate in developing and deploying a comprehensive talent management strategy, covering talent assessment, reviews, continuous feedback, succession planning, internal mobility, and development initiatives at all organizational levels.
  • Update and maintain internal recruitment tools (interview templates, needs assessment forms, evaluation questionnaires) and standardize recruitment tools and processes to reduce duplication and improve consistency.
  • Participate in attraction initiatives such as content creation for social media, campaigns, job fairs, and posters, and update Career pages in collaboration with Communications.
