  • Lead the execution of medium projects, ensuring all related activities adhere to company procedures, project scope, human and material resources, contract specifications, quality standards, health requirements, risk mitigation, communication, safety, environmental integration, project goals, cost/profitability targets, and established deadlines.
  • Define project documentation, including scope and financial milestones, schedules, and risk and opportunity management plans in conjunction with the project planning and control area.
  • Ensure the project is formally closed as contractually agreed, guaranteeing formal project acceptance, contract closure, and client recognition.
