Support a portfolio of 2–4 hotels, depending on size and complexity, directly managing revenue strategy for Hilton and/or Marriott full- and select-service hotels.
Analyze monthly and weekly STR reports, interpret performance changes, and apply insights to future strategy, identifying trends and communicating focus areas.
Build and maintain relationships with brand partners, ownership groups, third-party distribution partners, and industry organizations.
