  • As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants that deliver high quality, personal care to our residents, inspiring, developing, and nurturing them.
  • You will be responsible for issuing medication, reviewing care plans, accurate record keeping, and leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for all shift handovers.
